ReCellular Case Study
 
Client: With offices in the United States, Hong Kong, and Brazil, ReCellular Inc. is the world's largest recycler and reseller of used cellular phones and accessories.
Need: ReCellular is experiencing exponential growth with the increased number of used cell phones. They needed a partner to help them manage the global supply needs for millions of cell phone collection bags per year…a simple idea yet a complex bag to produce and distribute. They needed to streamline the process to include accurate forecasting, managing the ordering process, reducing production timelines, insuring on time delivery and reducing costs.
Solution: One Source worked with their supplier network and ReCellular to develop a web-based Order Management System. This system is a shared resource tying all the parties together to consolidate forecasts, production, tracking, domestic and international logistics and product collection.
Outcomes: Eliminated man hours in managing the process of producing, distributing, collecting and allocating product. They have also eliminated time by more efficiently and effectively posting forecasts, predicting supply needs and tracking product delivery. Improved bar code accuracy has eliminated errors in allocating and issuing proper store credits.
Verizon Case Study
 
Client: Verizon – One of the world’s largest communication providers including wireless, internet and television.
Need: A partner that could manage a complex large scale fulfillment project including multiple production schedules, just-in-time product deliveries, staging and assembling kits and logistics.
Solution: Our sales, support and logistics team eliminated all the work from Verizon beyond delivering art files. Once we received the art files we simultaneously managed the production of multiple products, staffed a team of 50+ people and scheduled just-in-time delivery of all the products to assemble over 750,000 finished kits in a three week timeline while staging shipments all across the U.S.
Outcomes: A flawless project that delivered on time and on budget. As a result, we became the exclusive partner for their fulfillment projects.
Rocky Brands Case Study
 
Client: Rocky Brands — One of the world’s largest supplier of outdoor apparel and footwear including Rocky, Durango, Dickies, Georgia Boot, Lehigh, Michelin and Zumfoot brands.
Need: A partner that understands brand management and that can coordinate distribution to a blended sales force across multiple brands.
Solution: We began working with Georgia Boot and grew to manage the increased demands through the growth and acquisition of all seven brands. We introduced a customized online solution through PrintMax that showcases over 200 POP (point of purchase) products that are ordered and shipped to the entire dealer network for all seven brands.
Outcomes: A shared distribution tool that streamlines the brand management efforts minimizing time and the overall costs of production, fulfillment and distribution.
Coleman Case Study
 
Client: Coleman – The Outdoor Company. One of the world’s largest and most distinguished suppliers of outdoor products including a complete line of coolers, grills, lights, heaters, tents and more for the outdoor enthusiasts.
Need: A partner to help manage the production, warehousing and distribution of all their POP (point of purchase) materials for their national network of retailers.
Solution: First we assimilated over one hundred sku’s, conducted an in-depth price analysis and crafted a production schedule that met the required budget and in-hands delivery date. Secondly, we created a customized online catalog through our PrintMax solution to monitor and manage the ordering and distribution process.
Outcomes: Our customized online PrintMax solution made it simple and easy for all their salespeople to order product and track shipments. The marketing team was able to more effectively track inventory levels, monitor and report usage while saving over thousands of dollars in production costs.
